class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u58d3\u529b\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u97ff\u8eab\u9ad4\uff1a\u76ae\u8cea\u9187\u7684\u89d2\u8272<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u58d3\u529b\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u53eb\u505a <strong>\u76ae\u8cea\u9187\uff08Cortisol\uff09<\/strong> \u7684\u8377\u723e\u8499\u3002\u5b83\u5e6b\u52a9\u8eab\u9ad4\u9762\u5c0d\u5371\u96aa\u3001\u4fdd\u6301\u8b66\u89ba\u8207\u5c08\u6ce8\u3002\u5c11\u91cf\u7684\u76ae\u8cea\u9187\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u6709\u76ca\u2014\u2014\u80fd\u6fc0\u767c\u52d5\u529b\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u5c08\u6ce8\u529b\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7576\u58d3\u529b\u8b8a\u5f97\u9577\u671f\u6216\u6162\u6027\uff0c\u76ae\u8cea\u9187\u5c31\u6703\u958b\u59cb\u5c0d\u8eab\u5fc3\u9020\u6210\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u2192 \u300c\u8178\u6f0f\u75c7\u300d\uff1a<\/strong> \u9577\u671f\u9ad8\u76ae\u8cea\u9187\u6703\u7834\u58de\u8178\u9ecf\u819c\uff0c\u4f7f\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u9032\u5165\u8840\u6db2\uff0c\u5f15\u767c\u767c\u708e\u8207\u4e0d\u9069\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8178\u9053\u83cc\u53e2\u5931\u8861 \u2192 \u6d88\u5316\u4e0d\u826f\uff1a<\/strong> \u58d3\u529b\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u8178\u9053\u7d30\u83cc\u7684\u5e73\u8861\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u8179\u8139\u3001\u4fbf\u7955\u3001\u8179\u7009\u6216\u52a0\u5287\u8178\u8e81\u75c7\u72c0\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6d88\u5316\u6539\u8b8a \u2192 \u98df\u617e\u8207\u9ad4\u91cd\u8b8a\u5316\uff1a<\/strong> \u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u5728\u58d3\u529b\u4e0b\u98df\u617e\u4e0d\u632f\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u5247\u66b4\u98f2\u66b4\u98df\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u58d3\u529b\u5f71\u97ff\u6d88\u5316\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr \u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6211\u5011\u5728\u4e8b\u4ef6\u767c\u751f\u524d\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u7126\u616e\uff1f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4eba\u985e\u8207\u6591\u99ac\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5dee\u7570\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u5011\u6703\u5728\u4e8b\u60c5\u9084\u6c92\u767c\u751f\u524d\u5c31\u611f\u5230\u58d3\u529b\u3002<br>\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5927\u8166\u5929\u751f\u7528\u4f86\u300c\u9810\u6e2c\u5371\u96aa\u300d\uff0c\u5728\u539f\u59cb\u6642\u4ee3\u9019\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u751f\u5b58\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u73fe\u4ee3\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b83\u5e38\u5e38\u904e\u5ea6\u53cd\u61c9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u73fe\u4ee3\u7684\u300c\u58d3\u529b\u4f86\u6e90\u300d\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u7345\u5b50\uff0c\u800c\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u9003\u907f\u60c5\u5883\u3001\u7126\u8e81\u4e0d\u5b89\u3001\u60f3\u7acb\u523b\u96e2\u958b\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u51cd\u7d50\uff08Freeze\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u611f\u89ba\u5361\u4f4f\u3001\u9ebb\u6728\u3001\u8207\u60c5\u7dd2\u65b7\u9023\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8a0e\u597d\uff08Fawn\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5982\u4f55\u8d70\u51fa\u6162\u6027\u58d3\u529b\u7684\u5faa\u74b0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u7121\u6cd5\u5b8c\u5168\u6d88\u9664\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b78\u7fd2\u4ee5\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u56de\u61c9\u5b83\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
