You might not always know how to describe what’s going on — but something doesn’t feel quite right.
You may be holding a lot inside, trying to keep things together, while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.
Even when things seem “fine” on the outside, it can still feel heavy on the inside.
You don’t have to figure out exactly what you need before you begin. You can start from what you’re feeling — and we can find the direction together.
I offer a space that is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and grounded in an anti-oppressive approach. This means we move at a pace that feels safe, while also recognizing how your relationships, experiences, culture, and identity shape what you’re going through.
My work draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic, and mindfulness approaches. Together, we explore your emotions, begin to understand patterns, and gently connect what you’re experiencing in both your mind and body.
In our sessions, I meet you where you are. When it feels helpful, I may offer tools or invite you to try something new — both in session and in your daily life — so you can begin to respond in ways that feel more steady and aligned with you.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. We work together to find what fits you, at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
