Find the right place to begin

Explore counselling services based on who will attend and the kind of support you are looking for. You do not need to know the exact service name before reaching out.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is for one person meeting privately with Jenny. You may come for support with emotions, relationships, family experiences, identity, stress, pain, or changes in your life.

Relationship & Family Stress

For people attending on their own to understand relationship patterns, family pressure, dating concerns, or difficulty expressing their needs.

Mood, Stress & Daily Life

For emotional overwhelm, low mood, constant worry, burnout, self-criticism, task initiation difficulties, or feeling stuck.

Healing, Identity & Life Changes

For trauma, grief, chronic pain, identity exploration, major life changes, and experiences that continue to affect how you feel.

You can come to individual counselling for relationship or family concerns even when your partner or family members are not attending. The focus is on your experience, patterns, needs, choices, and healing.
